At MemoryNest, we understand that every purchase carries meaning. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the personal and intentional nature of our products (including journals and curated bundles), we currently do not accept general returns.
However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged
- Item is defective
- Incorrect item was received
Refunds & Replacements
If your order qualifies, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
How to Request Support

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or written-in journals
- Opened bundles (unless damaged/defective)
- Sale or promotional items
