At MemoryNest, every product is thoughtfully created to support caregivers and the important work they do. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our journals, caregiver resources, and support products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or products that have been used or opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact MemoryNest within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Print Variations
Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance that can naturally occur during printing or production are not considered defects.
